My entire professional life has been spent lived in the corporate non-religious world. That’s the path I have taken to earn my living and I’ve been successful at it. However, at the same time I entered my professional life, I was also a Christian. Rarely, the two have intertwined even now. I also blog regarding my career and sadly I do not feel comfortable writing about my life with God there. So here’s where I plan to write about my relationship with Jesus Christ. My most important relationship in my life. Perhaps one day I will be able to reveal my true identity along with my other blog. And the two will become one.
What I can reveal about myself is that I am a single, middle-aged woman who yearns to be a woman of excellence. I have my flaws, believe me and have trust issues. I am involved in my local church. Attend a weekly bible study and Sunday School and volunteer at church. I also participate on sports teams and have both Christian and non-Christian friends. I’m pretty well-rounded, social and love current events and my God.
I have a hard time memorizing scripture and wish I prayed more. I love to learn and NEED to grow in Christ.
So this weblog will be about current Christian trends I am seeing and areas of growth. I love feedback and hearing from others. So I hope this will be become a platform that many can use to share their voice from God.

I have been wondering lately about the difference between being excellent and being faithful. I see more admonitions in the Scriptures to be faithful than to be excellent. What do you think?
